Alex Reeve, a long time member of JDF Masters FC, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022.

Alex played with the club for about 30 years. He was an excellent crosser of the ball and the go to man when we had a corner kick. Alex always had a smile on his face and played the game with a fun-loving attitude.

He was an active club member, serving on the executive for many years and volunteering his time readily to help the club out in other endeavours. He also participated in some memorable road trips to various tournaments.

He worked as a teacher at Savory Elementary for many years and was well liked and respected by his pupils. Some of these pupils were children of our club members. He was also a mentor to our current president, Cory, as he embarked on his teaching career.

He leaves behind his wife, Nola, and children, Nikki and Frankie.

He will be greatly missed.
