Welcome to our website !
Our soccer league is
comprised of Over 40s soccer teams and Over 50s soccer teams, located
at the south end of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. Our
objective is to provide an opportunity for 'mature' players to participate
in recreational soccer games. The emphasis is on good sportsmanship and
friendliness. To this end we do not keep a record of game results, and try
not to deliberately kick each other.
Although our season runs from September to the end of March, we
welcome the opportunity to host soccer teams from outside our region at any
time of the year. We welcome guest teams to participate in our end of season
soccer tournament, which is usually held during the first week of April.
Players on an over 40 soccer team must be at least 40 on December
31st and at least 50 on December 31st for an over 50 team. Goalkeepers can be 35 and
45 respectively.

| All teams shall be notified at least fourteen (14) days prior to the calling of a
general

meeting.
| A team missing a meeting will be assessed a fine of $50
for the first missed |
meeting and $100 for subsequent meetings in the same season.
