Kevin Parkinson died unexpectedly at his home on Sept. 1, 2015 at age 66. He died as he lived, surrounded by his closest family members: loving wife of 43 years Jane, daughter Elizabeth, sons Ian (Joanne), Daniel and Sebastian, and grandchildren Allie, Bella, Gavin and Logan.

Kevin was an avid soccer player, playing with both Juan de Fuca and the Oak Bay Old Boys. He had a passionate love for nature, and was a voracious reader and consummate practical joker. Kevin is sadly missed and will be forever remembered by an enormous circle of family, friends and team mates. 

Donations in Kevin's memory will be gratefully accepted by The Sport Assist Soccer Program to help kids in need play soccer.
