58 teams have registered, the most ever for Soccerfest!
Locations
We have TWO hubs:
- Juan de Fuca Rec Centre (field layout is here)
- Finlayson/Topaz (field layout is here)
If you're traveling between hubs, here's one possible route.
Two hubs means two beer gardens, two DJs, two Saturday opening ceremonies (1:00 pm at JDF and 2:00 pm at Finlayson), two food trucks, and two St. John Ambulance crews.
There will be dancing at both HUBs. The DJs will perform from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Saturday and 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sunday. Beer Gardens and Greek on the Street Food Trucks will be open both days from 11:00 am until they’re no longer wanted!
Bringing your own alcohol is NOT permitted and could result in the loss of our liquor licence. It’s also now unnecessary because we have beer gardens at both venues (which will also serve cider)!
Schedule
The schedule is not yet final, but will be shared soon. Efforts are being made for teams to have games at both venues to get the full experience of Soccerfest.

Some other things to note:
- Women’s 7-a-side players are not permitted to play on more than one team.
- All teams must fulfill their commitment to play the games they have signed up for. If you’ve lost some players to injury or fatigue, your opponents will give you some of their players! That’s the spirit of Soccerfest.
- Be nice to your referees.
- Take photos and email them to Gary at gpgarraway@shaw.ca for our 2026 photo gallery.
- Speaking of Gary, he needs volunteers to help him with recycling at both HUBs. Same email address.
