4) BUSINESS ARISING OUT OF MINS.
 | Mill Bay refs. No problem with scheduling refs. |
| Team composition. Teams, especially those in the Over
50 division should make every effort to abide by the age eligibility
rules when signing new players. Chairman to place a newspaper add for
over 50 players. |
| Pre-season tournament and social. Although this was
discussed at the AGM there is some confusion about who is organizing it.
Teams will be informed if an organizer and location is found.

| Injured Players Fund. No claims from the tournament. |
| Team fees. Motion: A $100 tournament fee, to be paid
by all teams, be added to the team fees. Teams entering the Bill Drew
Memorial Tournament may claim a $100 credit. Motion passed 17 to 1 |

Motion submitted by a Castaways player: A method of
distinguishing over 50 players be devised in order to
reduce the chance of injury.
No seconder so motion not discussed
